     George Maclachlan was born on 12 July 1864.¹ He was the son of George Maclachlan, 21st of Maclachlan and Mary Thow.² He died on 11 May 1894 at age 29, drowned at sea.¹

     Donald Maclachlan was born on 3 March 1866.¹ He was the son of George Maclachlan, 21st of Maclachlan and Mary Thow.² He died on 1 February 1900 at age 33 at Venters Spruit, Natal, South Africa, on active service of wounds received in action.¹

     G/Capt. Ulrick John Deane Bourke was born on 13 April 1884.¹ He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Sir George Deane Bourke and Mary Morrow Stairs.¹ He married Irene Ashurst, daughter of Lewis Ashurst, in 1917.¹ He and Irene Ashurst were divorced in 1932.¹ He died on 4 March 1948 at age 63.¹
     He fought in the First World War, and was mentioned in despatches.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry.¹ He gained the rank of Group Captain in the Royal Air Force.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1919.¹

     Irene Ashurst is the daughter of Lewis Ashurst.¹ She married G/Capt. Ulrick John Deane Bourke, son of Maj.-Gen. Sir George Deane Bourke and Mary Morrow Stairs, in 1917.¹ She and G/Capt. Ulrick John Deane Bourke were divorced in 1932.¹
     From 1917, her married name became Bourke.¹

     Susan Harriet Maclachlan was the daughter of George Maclachlan, 21st of Maclachlan and Mary Thow.² She died on 27 June 1941.¹
