Sir Geoffrey Le Mesurier Mander was born on 6 March 1882.1 He was the son of Samuel Theodore Mander and Flora St. Clair Paint.2 He married, firstly, Rosalind Florence Caverhill, daughter of Colonel Frank Caverhill, on 10 October 1906.1 He and Rosalind Florence Caverhill were divorced in 1930.1 He married, secondly, Mary Rosalie Glynn Grylls, daughter of Archibald Campbell Glynn Grylls, on 18 November 1930.1 He died on 9 September 1962 at age 80.1
