     Allan Jeffery is the son of Richard John Jeffery.1 He married Anne Gunhild Mackinnon, 38th Chief of Mackinnon, daughter of Alasdair Neil Hood Mackinnon, 37th Chief of MacKinnon and Patricia Reading, on 19 December 1980.1 He and Anne Gunhild Mackinnon, 38th Chief of Mackinnon were divorced in 1999.1

     Sir Lachlan Mackinnon of Strathaird, 28th Chief of MacKinnon married, firstly, Mary Maclean, daughter of Sir Lachlan Maclean of Morvern, 1st Bt. and Mary Macleod.1 He married, secondly, unknown daughter Macleod.1 He died in 1700.1
     He held the position of 28th Chief of MacKinnon from.1 He lived at Strathaird, Isle of Skye, Scotland.1 He was appointed Knight Banneret in 1651 by King Charles II, on the field of Worcester.1
