     Ronald Cecil Vernon, 6th Baron Lyveden of Lyveden was born on 10 April 1915.1 He was the son of Sidney Munroe Archibald Vernon, 5th Baron Lyveden of Lyveden and Ruby Shandley.2 He married Queenie Constance Ardern, daughter of Howard Ardern, on 21 May 1938.1 He died on 12 August 1999 at age 84.1
     He succeeded as the 6th Baron Lyveden of Lyveden, co. Northampton [U.K., 1859] on 19 September 1973.1
