Marjorie Gimson was the daughter of William Henry Gimson.2 She married George Leighton Seager, 1st Baron Leighton of Saint Mellons, son of Sir William Henry Seager and Margaret Annie Elliot, on 19 January 1921.1 She died in 1992.1
From 19 January 1921, her married name became Seager. She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Monmouthshire in 1954.1 After her marriage, Marjorie Gimson was styled as Baroness Leighton of Saint Mellons on 25 January 1962.

John Leighton Seager, 2nd Baron Leighton of Saint Mellons was born on 11 January 1922.1 He was the son of George Leighton Seager, 1st Baron Leighton of Saint Mellons and Marjorie Gimson.2 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Rosita Hopgood, daughter of Henry Hopgood, on 31 October 1953.1 He married, secondly, Ruth Elizabeth (?) in 1982.1 He died in 1998.1
He was educated at Leys School, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.1 He was director of W. H. Seager and Company, partner of Probity Industrial Maintenance Services, and chairman of the Bristol Channel Shipowners Association.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Seager, of St. Mellons, co. Monmouth [U.K., 1952] on 17 October 1963.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Leighton of Saint Mellons, of St. Mellons, co. Monmouth [U.K., 1962] on 17 October 1963.1
He was educated at Leys School, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.1 He was director of W. H. Hon. Douglas Leighton Seager was born on 24 November 1925.1 He was the son of George Leighton Seager, 1st Baron Leighton of Saint Mellons and Marjorie Gimson.2 He married Gillian Claire Greenwood, daughter of Leonard Warwick Greenwood, on 3 December 1960.1 He died on 14 July 2015 at age 89.3
