Cecil Harcourt Folder Lees was born on 20 June 1873.1 He was the son of Sir Harcourt James Lees, 4th Bt. and Harriet Ellen Constance Howard.2 He married, firstly, Nellie Hayes.1 He married, secondly, Frances Louisa Wegg in 1905.1 He married, thirdly, Jeannie King Paterson, daughter of George Paterson, in 1917.1 He died on 29 March 1921 at age 47 at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, killed.1
