Sarah Bayly is the daughter of John Bayly.2 She married Edward Kennedy, son of John Kennedy and Eleanor Fagan, in 1781.1

Sir John Kennedy, 1st Bt. was born in 1785.1 He was the son of Edward Kennedy and Sarah Bayly.2 He married, firstly, Maria Beauman, daughter of William Beauman, on 19 March 1819.1 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Anne Beauman, daughter of John Beauman, in October 1841.1 He died on 15 October 1848.2
He was created 1st Baronet Kennedy, of Johnstown Kennedy, co. Dublin [U.K.] on 18 July 1836.1

Sir Charles Edward Bayly Kennedy, 2nd Bt. was born on 13 February 1820.2 He was the son of Sir John Kennedy, 1st Bt. and Maria Beauman.2 He married Augusta Maria Pery, daughter of Henry Hartstonge Pery, Lord Glentworth and Annabella Edwards, on 19 October 1854.2 He died on 4 December 1880 at age 60.2
He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Kennedy, of Johnstown Kennedy, co. Dublin [U.K., 1836] on 15 October 1848.2

William Beauman Kennedy was born on 6 April 1821.1 He was the son of Sir John Kennedy, 1st Bt. and Maria Beauman.2 He married Elizabeth Martin, daughter of James Martin, in 1860.1 He died on 28 June 1884 at age 63.1

John Warren, in 1889.1 He married, secondly, Sophia Thomasine Curtis, daughter of Captain Constable Curtis and Henrietta Mary Anne Curtis, in 1895.1 He died on 12 October 1926.1
