     Reverend James Trench was the son of Frederic de la Trenche and Margaret Sutton.¹ He married Margaret Montgomery, daughter of Hugh Montgomery, 1st Viscount Montgomery of the Great Ardes, in 1605.¹ He died on 13 March 1631.¹
     He bought land in County Cavan.¹ He was the Rector at Clongell, County Meath, Ireland^G.¹
     He had six other children.²

     Frederic Trench was born in 1633.¹ He was the son of Frederic Trench and Anna Trench.¹ He married Elizabeth Warburton, daughter of Richard Warburton and Anne L'Estrange.¹ He died in November 1704.^1,2
