Maj.-Gen. Harry Pratt Sparks was the son of Charles Pratt Sparks.1 He married Christine Mary Shelton Hope, daughter of Colonel John Urmson Hope and Christine Jessie Shelton Hooper, on 20 July 1938.1 He died on 11 February 1965.1
