Fletcher William Lowndes-Stone-Norton was born on 12 April 1908.1 He was the son of Major Roger Fletcher Earle Lowndes-Stone-Norton and Agnes Selina Thornton.1 He married Emma Dorothy Gager, daughter of Henry Thomas Gager, on 15 August 1941.1 He and Emma Dorothy Gager were divorced in 1945.1 He died on 13 January 1983 at age 74.2
