From 5 October 1899, her married name became Stevens.2 She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1918.2 She was appointed Dame of Grace, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (D.G.St.J.)2
