     James Greer was born in June 1653 at Newtown, Shilbottle, Northumberland, England.¹ He was the son of Henry Greer and Mary Turner.² He married Ellinor Rea, daughter of John Rea and Ellinor (?), on 21 August 1678.¹ He died before 18 November 1718.¹
     He lived at Lisacurran, Lurgan, County Armagh, Ireland.¹

     Robert Greer was born circa 1660.² He was the son of Henry Greer and Mary Turner.² He married Mary Whitsitt, daughter of John Whitsitt and Alice Brownlow, in June 1691.² He died circa 1730.² His will was proven (by probate) in January 1730/31, and was inventoried on that date.²
     He was also known as Robert Grives.² He was a prominent member of the Society of Friends, having crops and goods taken in lieu of tithe.² His last will was dated 18 October 1717.² He was a merchant and farmer.² He lived at Redford, County Tyrone, Ireland.²

     Thomas Greer was the son of Henry Greer and Mary Turner.² He died in 1689, who 'lost his life by a shot into his mother's house in the night by a parcel of Rapparees coming to rob the house as was supposed'.¹

     Mary Greer is the daughter of Henry Greer and Mary Turner.² She married John Houlden in 1683.¹

     Henry Greer was born on 5 March 1681.¹ He was the son of James Greer and Ellinor Rea.² He married Sarah Henderson, daughter of William Henderson, on 6 July 1704.¹ He died on 7 July 1756 at age 75.¹
     He was a linen-draper.¹ He lived at Lurgan, County Armagh, Ireland.¹

     William Henderson lived at Dunclaudy, County Londonderry, Ireland.¹

     Sarah Henderson was the daughter of William Henderson.² She married Henry Greer, son of James Greer and Ellinor Rea, on 6 July 1704.¹ She died on 5 October 1756.¹
