Rt. Rev. Henry Maxwell was the son of John Maxwell, 1st Baron Farnham and Judith Barry.1 He married Margaret Foster, daughter of Rt. Hon. Anthony Foster and Elizabeth Burgh, in 1759.1 He died on 7 October 1798.1

Margaret Foster was baptised on 21 February 1737.2 She was the daughter of Rt. Hon. Anthony Foster and Elizabeth Burgh.1,2 She married Rt. Rev. Henry Maxwell, son of John Maxwell, 1st Baron Farnham and Judith Barry, in 1759.1 She died on 3 April 1778 at age 41.2

John Maxwell Barry Maxwell, 5th Baron Farnham was born on 18 January 1767.1 He was the son of Rt. Rev. Henry Maxwell and Margaret Foster.1 He married Lady Juliana Lucy Annesley, daughter of Arthur Annesley, 1st Earl of Mountnorris and Hon. Lucy Lyttelton, on 4 July 1789.2 He died on 20 September 1838 at age 71, without issue.1
He held the office of Representative Peer [Ireland].1 He succeeded as the 5th Baron Farnham, of Farnham, co. Cavan [I., 1756] on 23 July 1823.1 He gained the rank of Colonel in the Cavan Militia.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.)1
