     Charles Campbell William Hoare was born on 31 December 1841.¹ He was the son of Joseph James Parish Hoare and Helen Moritz Dillon Hardman.² He married Blanche Phayre, daughter of Frederick Richard Phayre, on 25 July 1867.¹ He died on 20 June 1921 at age 79.¹
     He was Inspector of Factories.¹

     Frederick Richard Phayre lived at Killoughran, County Wexford, Ireland.¹

     Blanche Phayre was the daughter of Frederick Richard Phayre.² She married Charles Campbell William Hoare, son of Joseph James Parish Hoare and Helen Moritz Dillon Hardman, on 25 July 1867.¹ She died on 4 May 1913.¹

     He gained the rank of Captain in the Lanark Militia.¹
