Rachel Stephenson Hill was the daughter of Colonel John Hill and Elizabeth Rhodes Cornish.2 She married Sir Andrew Vincent Corbet, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Andrew Corbet, 1st Bt. and Mary Taylor, on 19 September 1820.1 She died on 4 April 1875.1

Sir Andrew Vincent Corbet, 2nd Bt. was born on 15 June 1800.2 He was the son of Sir Andrew Corbet, 1st Bt. and Mary Taylor.2 He married Rachel Stephenson Hill, daughter of Colonel John Hill and Elizabeth Rhodes Cornish, on 19 September 1820.1 He died in September 1855 at age 55.3
He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Corbet, of Moreton Corbet, Shropshire [U.K., 1808] on 6 June 1835.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Shropshire in 1843.2

He gained the rank of General.1 He fought in the Peninsular Wars in 1813.1 He was created 1st Baron Hill of Almaraz, and of Hardwicke, co. Salop. [U.K.] on 17 May 1814.3 He was created 1st Baron Hill of Almaraz and of Hardwicke, co. Salop. [U.K.] on 16 January 1816, with a special remainder to his nephew Roland.3 He was Commander-in-Chief in 1828.1 He was created 1st Viscount Hill of Hawkestone and of Hardwicke, co. Salop. [U.K.] on 22 September 1842, with a special remainder to his nephew Roland.3 On his death, his 1814 Barony became extinct.1
