Thomas Everard Montgomery was born on 4 January 1908. He was the son of Thomas Alexander Montgomery. He married Emily Lavender Hare, daughter of Harry Vivian Hare and Ellen Louisa Marie Hudson-Kinaham, on 1 March 1935.1 He died on 21 November 1944 at age 36 at Arnhem, The NetherlandsG, from wounds received in action.2
He lived at Careysville, Fermoy, County Cork, IrelandG.1 He fought in the Second World War, where he became a POW at Arnhem.1
