Jane Mary Catherine Guise was the daughter of Sir John Guise, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Wright.2 She married Edward Webb on 27 July 1807.1 She died in 1814.1

John Thomson was born on 27 July 1786 at Orwell, Kinross-shire, ScotlandG.1 He was the son of William Thomson and Catharine Beveridge.1 He married Bathurst Burrell, daughter of William Burrell and Christian Morgan, on 20 May 1808 at St. Cuthbert's, Edinburgh, Midlothian, ScotlandG.1 He died on 19 April 1839 at age 52 at Shikapur, Upper Scind, IndiaG, from heat stroke on the march to Kabul.1

Sir William Vernon Guise, 4th Bt. was born on 19 August 1816.2 He was the son of General Sir John Wright Guise, 3rd Bt. and Charlotte Diana Vernon.2 He married Margaret Anna Maria Lee-Warner, daughter of Reverend Daniel Henry Lee-Warner, on 27 June 1844.2 He died on 24 September 1887 at age 71.2
He was appointed Fellow, Geological Society (F.G.S.)2 He was appointed Fellow, Linnean Society (F.L.S.)2 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Guise, of Elmore Court, Gloucester [G.B., 1783] on 1 April 1865.2 He gained the rank of Colonel-Commandant in the Royal South Gloucestershire Militia.2
