     Mary Egerton was the daughter of Philip Henry Egerton and Mary Marjoribanks.² She married Maj.-Gen. Sir Gerard Moore Heath, son of Vice-Admiral Sir Leopold George Heath and Mary Emma Marsh, on 15 August 1893.¹ She died on 14 November 1954.¹
     From 15 August 1893, her married name became Heath.

     H. J. T. Broadwood married Ada Randolf Heath, daughter of Vice-Admiral Sir Leopold George Heath and Mary Emma Marsh.¹

     Maj.-Gen. Sir Gerard Moore Heath was born in 1863.² He was the son of Vice-Admiral Sir Leopold George Heath and Mary Emma Marsh.^3,2 He married Mary Egerton, daughter of Philip Henry Egerton and Mary Marjoribanks, on 15 August 1893.¹ He died on 9 January 1929.¹
     He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)¹ He gained the rank of Major-General in the Royal Engineers.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.)¹ He was Engineer-in-Chief of the British Expeditionary Force between 1917 and 1918.¹

     Sir Robert Eyles Egerton was born on 15 April 1827.¹ He was the son of William Egerton and Sibella Boswell.² He married Mary Warren Hickey, daughter of William Hickey, on 18 April 1853.¹
     He was appointed Companion, Order of the Indian Empire (C.I.E.)¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Denbighshire.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Denbighshire.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Star of India (K.C.S.I.)¹ He held the office of Lieutenant-Governor of Punjab between 1877 and 1882.¹

     William Hickey was the diarist.¹ He was in the Honourable East India Company Service.¹

     Mary Warren Hickey was the daughter of William Hickey.² She married Sir Robert Eyles Egerton, son of William Egerton and Sibella Boswell, on 18 April 1853.¹ She died on 11 July 1882.¹
