Mara Henrietta Suenson is the daughter of Albert Suenson.2 She married Alfred Jesse Taylor, 1st Baron Grantchester, son of Alfred George Taylor and Mary Kirwan, on 26 May 1920.1
Mara Henrietta Suenson also went by the nick-name of Mamie.1 From 26 May 1920, her married name became Taylor. After her marriage, Mara Henrietta Suenson was styled as Baroness Grantchester on 30 June 1953.

Kenneth Bent Suenson-Taylor, 2nd Baron Grantchester was born on 18 August 1921.1 He was the son of Alfred Jesse Taylor, 1st Baron Grantchester and Mara Henrietta Suenson.2 He married Betty Moores, daughter of Sir John Moores and Ruby Knowles, on 12 April 1947.1 He died on 12 August 1995 at age 73.1
