     Catherine de Lorraine was born in 1502. She was the daughter of René II de Vaudémont, Duc de Lorraine and Philippa van Egmond-Gelre. She died, young.

     Joanna de Vaudémont was born in 1458. She was the daughter of Frederic VI de Vaudémont, Comte de Vaudémont and Yolande d'Anjou. She married Charles IV, Duc d'Anjou, son of Charles le Maine and Isabelle de Luxembourg, in 1474.¹ She died in 1480.

     David Joseph Ward is the son of Joseph Ward.² He married Hon. Elizabeth Louise Astor, daughter of Gavin Astor, 2nd Baron Astor of Hever and Lady Irene Violet Freesia Janet Augusta Haig, in 1985.¹
     He graduated with a Bachelor of Surgery (B.S.)² He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Surgeons (F.R.C.S.)² He graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine (M.B.)

     Yolande de Vaudémont was the daughter of Frederic VI de Vaudémont, Comte de Vaudémont and Yolande d'Anjou.¹ She married Wilhelm II Landgraf von Hessen, son of Ludwig II Landgraf von Hessen and Mathilda von Württemberg, in 1496.¹ She died in 1500.¹

     François I de Lorraine, Duc de Guise was born in 1519. He was the son of Claude de Lorraine, Duc de Guise and Antoinette de Bourbon. He married Anna d'Este, Comtesse de Gisors et Dame de Montargis, daughter of Ercole II d'Este, Duca di Ferrara and Renée de Valois, in 1548. He died in 1563.
     He gained the title of Duc de Guise.

     Anna d'Este, Comtesse de Gisors et Dame de Montargis was born on 16 November 1531 at Ferrara, Italy.¹ She was the daughter of Ercole II d'Este, Duca di Ferrara and Renée de Valois.³ She married François I de Lorraine, Duc de Guise, son of Claude de Lorraine, Duc de Guise and Antoinette de Bourbon, in 1548. She married Giacomo di Savoia, son of Filippo di Savoia, Comte de Genève, Duc de Nemours and Charlotte d'Orléans-Longueville, on 5 May 1566.¹ She died on 17 May 1607 at age 75 at Paris, France.¹

     Charles de Guise was born in 1524. He was the son of Claude de Lorraine, Duc de Guise and Antoinette de Bourbon. He died in 1574.
     He held the office of Archbishop of Rheims.

     Claude de Guise, Duc d'Aumale was born in 1526. He was the son of Claude de Lorraine, Duc de Guise and Antoinette de Bourbon. He married Louise de Brézé, daughter of Louis de Brézé, Comte de Maulevrier and Diane de Poitiers, Duchesse de Valentinois, on 1 August 1547.¹ He died in 1573.
     He gained the title of Duc d'Aumale.

     Louise de Brézé was born in 1518.¹ She was the daughter of Louis de Brézé, Comte de Maulevrier and Diane de Poitiers, Duchesse de Valentinois.¹ She married Claude de Guise, Duc d'Aumale, son of Claude de Lorraine, Duc de Guise and Antoinette de Bourbon, on 1 August 1547.¹ She died in January 1577.¹
     From 1 August 1547, her married name became de Guise.¹

     Louis de Guise was born in 1527. He was the son of Claude de Lorraine, Duc de Guise and Antoinette de Bourbon. He died in 1578.
     He held the office of Cardinal de Guise. He held the office of Archbishop of Troyes and Sens.
