     Robert Gibbons was born on 15 June 1866.¹ He was the son of Reverend Robert Gibbons and Sarah Nalder.² He married Mildred Ethel Bamfield, daughter of General Albert Henry Bamfield, in 1893.¹ He died on 17 July 1933 at age 67.¹

     General Albert Henry Bamfield lived at Exmouth, Devon, England.² He gained the rank of Major-General in the Border Regiment.² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Devon.¹ He gained the rank of General in the Indian Army.¹

     Mildred Ethel Bamfield was the daughter of General Albert Henry Bamfield.² She married Robert Gibbons, son of Reverend Robert Gibbons and Sarah Nalder, in 1893.¹ She died on 26 January 1956.¹
     From 1893, her married name became Gibbons.

     Robert Reginald Gibbons was born on 11 May 1894.¹ He was the son of Robert Gibbons and Mildred Ethel Bamfield.² He married, firstly, Olive Annie Blane, daughter of William Blane, on 5 September 1922.¹ He and Olive Annie Blane were divorced in 1930.¹ He married, secondly, Frances Ellery Hull, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Sir Charles Patrick Amyatt Hull, on 13 September 1930.¹ He and Frances Ellery Hull were divorced in 1939.¹ He married, thirdly, Joan Winifred Patterson, daughter of F. S. Patterson, in 1939.¹ He died on 21 January 1959 at age 64.¹
     He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded.¹ He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1919.¹ He was with the Naval Control Service during the Second World War.¹

     Olive Annie Blane is the daughter of William Blane.² She married, secondly, Robert Reginald Gibbons, son of Robert Gibbons and Mildred Ethel Bamfield, on 5 September 1922.¹ She and Robert Reginald Gibbons were divorced in 1930.¹
     Her married name became Judd.¹ From 5 September 1922, her married name became Gibbons.

     Pauline Elizabeth March is the daughter of Stanley Charles March.² She married Robert John Gibbons, son of Robert Reginald Gibbons and Joan Winifred Patterson, on 17 September 1966.¹ She and Robert John Gibbons were divorced in 1971.¹
     From 17 September 1966, her married name became Gibbons.

     Pippa Christine Gibbons was born in 1987.¹ She is the daughter of Robert John Gibbons and Elizabeth Jean Carrier.²
