     Sir John Croke was born in 1530.1 He was the son of John Croke and Prudentia Cave.1 He married Elizabeth Unton, daughter of Sir Alexander Unton and Cecily Bulstrode.1 He died on 10 February 1608.1
     He lived at Chilton, Buckinghamshire, England.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Buckinghamshire in 1572.1 He held the office of High SHeriff of Buckinghamshire from 1575 to 1576.1 He was appointed Knight in 1603.1
