     She was Personnel Officer with Metal Box Company between 1930 and 1950 at Hull, Yorkshire, England^G.¹

     Geraldine Payne-Gallwey was born in 1888 at Thirkleby, Yorkshire, England.² She was the daughter of Sir Ralph William Frankland-Payne-Gallwey, 3rd Bt. and Edith Alice Usborne.³ She died on 12 November 1956, unmarried.¹

     Captain Edwin John Payne-Gallwey was born on 31 January 1850.¹ He was the son of Sir William Payne-Gallwey, 2nd Bt. and Emily Anne Frankland-Russell.² He married Susan Isabel Garstin Gresley, daughter of Major Francis Gresley and Mary Thorp, on 31 January 1889.¹ He died on 18 April 1906 at age 56.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.¹

     Sir John Frankland-Payne-Gallwey, 4th Bt. was born on 23 December 1889.¹ He was the son of Captain Edwin John Payne-Gallwey and Susan Isabel Garstin Gresley.² He married Evelyn Florence Lee, daughter of James Lee, on 19 September 1915.¹ He died on 13 February 1955 at age 65, without issue.¹
     He fought in the First World War in 1914.¹ He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Payne [U.K., 1812] on 24 November 1916.¹ On 25 October 1919 his name was legally changed to John Frankland-Payne-Gallwey by Royal Licence.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Brevet Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Engineers.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for the North Riding, Yorkshire.¹

     Lionel Payne-Gallwey was born on 19 May 1894.¹ He was the son of Captain Edwin John Payne-Gallwey and Susan Isabel Garstin Gresley.² He married Gladys Grace Reynolds, daughter of H. P. Reynolds, in 1924.¹ He died on 5 August 1928 at age 34, without issue.¹
