     Sir Arthur Bower Forwood, 1st Bt. was born on 23 June 1836.¹ He was the son of Thomas Friend Brittain Peploe Forwood and Charlotte Bower.² He married, firstly, Lucy Crosfield, daughter of Simon Crosfield, on 26 October 1858.¹ He married, secondly, Mary Anne Eliza Baines, daughter of Thomas Baines, on 1 September 1874.¹ He died on 27 September 1898 at age 62.²
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Liverpool.¹ He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.)¹ He held the office of Mayor of Liverpool between 1878 and 1879.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Conservative) for Ormskirk between 1885 and 1898.¹ He held the office of Parliamentary Secretary for the Admiralty between 1886 and 1892.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Forwood [U.K.] on 5 September 1895.¹

     Lucy Crosfield was the daughter of Simon Crosfield.² She married Sir Arthur Bower Forwood, 1st Bt., son of Thomas Friend Brittain Peploe Forwood and Charlotte Bower, on 26 October 1858.¹ She died on 4 November 1873.¹
     She lived Liverpool.¹ Her married name became Forwood.

     Emily Crosfield Forwood was born on 16 July 1861.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Arthur Bower Forwood, 1st Bt. and Lucy Crosfield.² She married Henry Grey Kellock on 26 September 1893.¹ She died on 25 January 1955 at age 93.¹
     From 26 September 1893, her married name became Kellock.¹

     Henry Grey Kellock married Emily Crosfield Forwood, daughter of Sir Arthur Bower Forwood, 1st Bt. and Lucy Crosfield, on 26 September 1893.¹ He died in 1926.¹
