     Edward Wynter Bulteel was born in 1887 at India.1 He was the son of Edward Wynter Bulteel.1 He married Horatia Margaret Gaskell, daughter of Thomas Kynaston Gaskell and Horatia Octavia Hugo, on 29 July 1914 at Cobham, Surrey, England.1 He died on 10 June 1915, killed in action.1
     He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Navy, on H.M. Torpedo Boat 12 .1
