Reverend Owen Luttrell Mansel was born on 24 January 1827.1 He was the son of Colonel John Mansel and Louisa Pleydell.2 He married Louisa Catherine Montagu, daughter of Lord William Francis Montagu and Emily Dupré, on 19 July 1859.1 He died on 12 July 1900 at age 73.1
He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was the Rector at Church Knowle, Dorset, EnglandG.1

Louisa Catherine Montagu was the daughter of Lord William Francis Montagu and Emily Dupré.2 She married Reverend Owen Luttrell Mansel, son of Colonel John Mansel and Louisa Pleydell, on 19 July 1859.1 She died on 30 October 1901.1
