     Major Arthur Herbert Platt married Winifred Lucy Elton, daughter of Sir Edmond Harry Elton, 8th Bt. and Mary Agnes Elton, on 30 August 1898.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the Dorset Regiment.¹

     Angela Mary Elton was the daughter of Sir Edmond Harry Elton, 8th Bt. and Mary Agnes Elton.² She died on 6 April 1950, unmarried.¹

     Dorothy Wynne was the daughter of Arthur Robert Wynne.¹ She married Sir Ambrose Elton, 9th Bt., son of Sir Edmond Harry Elton, 8th Bt. and Mary Agnes Elton, on 18 April 1901.¹ She died on 28 May 1957.¹
     From 18 April 1901, her married name became Elton.

     Sir Arthur Hallam Rice Elton, 10th Bt. was born on 10 February 1906.¹ He was the son of Sir Ambrose Elton, 9th Bt. and Dorothy Wynne.² He married Margaret Ann Bjornson, daughter of Professor Olafur Bjornson, on 10 January 1948.¹ He died on 1 January 1973 at age 66.¹
     He was educated at Marlborough College, Marlborough, Wiltshire, England^G.¹ He graduated from Jesus College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, in 1927 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He was director of Film Centre (Int) Ltd between 1938 and 1957.¹ He was film consultant with the Empire Marketing Board and GPO Film Unit.¹ He was a supervisor of film production with the Ministry of Information between 1940 and 1944.¹ He was film advisor to the Danish Government in 1946.¹ He was with the Information Services Control, Germany between 1947 and 1948.¹ He succeeded as the 10th Baronet Elton, of Bristol [G.B., 1717] on 11 July 1951.¹ He was general manager of publicity with AEI between 1960 and 1963.¹

     Ralph Ambrose Elton was born on 22 March 1914.¹ He was the son of Sir Ambrose Elton, 9th Bt. and Dorothy Wynne.² He married Patricia Elmore Brewerton, daughter of Elmore Wright Brewerton, on 29 April 1950.¹ He died on 13 September 1968 at age 54, without issue.¹
     He was educated at Lancing College, Lancing, Sussex, England^G.¹ He was educated at St. Catharine's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.¹ He was with the documentary film unit in 1936.¹ He was film correspondent to the Minister of Infomation during Second World War.¹

     Elmore Wright Brewerton was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Surgeons (F.R.C.S.)¹

     Patricia Elmore Brewerton is the daughter of Elmore Wright Brewerton.² She married, firstly, Gerald Francis O'Bryen before 1950.¹ She married, secondly, Ralph Ambrose Elton, son of Sir Ambrose Elton, 9th Bt. and Dorothy Wynne, on 29 April 1950.¹
     From before 1950, her married name became O'Bryen.¹ From 29 April 1950, her married name became Elton.

     Professor Olafur Bjornson graduated with a Master of Surgery (C.M.)¹ He lived at Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada^G.¹ He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹ He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Surgeons (F.R.C.S.)¹

     Margaret Ann Bjornson was the daughter of Professor Olafur Bjornson.² She married Sir Arthur Hallam Rice Elton, 10th Bt., son of Sir Ambrose Elton, 9th Bt. and Dorothy Wynne, on 10 January 1948.¹ She died on 16 May 1995.¹
     She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ She was appointed Fellow, Society of Antiquaries (F.S.A.)¹ From 10 January 1948, her married name became Elton.

     Julia Margaret Hallam Elton was born on 24 May 1949.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Arthur Hallam Rice Elton, 10th Bt. and Margaret Ann Bjornson.²
