Edward Charles Buller-Fullerton-Elphinstone and Elizabeth Harriette Clerk.2 He married, firstly, Katherine Amy Wake, daughter of Colonel Alfred James Wake and Louisa Frances Rose, on 25 April 1899.1 He married, secondly, Isobel Penrose Fry, daughter of Sir Theodore Fry, 1st Bt. and Sophia Pease, on 16 February 1926.1 He died on 6 July 1941 at age 76.1

Sir Theodore Fry, 1st Bt. was born on 1 May 1836.2 He was the son of Francis Fry and Matilda Penrose.3,2 He married, firstly, Sophia Pease, daughter of John Pease and Sophia Jowitt, on 14 August 1862.2 He married, secondly, Florence Bates, daughter of William Bates, on 22 January 1902.2 He died on 5 September 1912 at age 76.4
He was appointed Fellow, Society of Antiquaries (F.S.A.)2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Durham.2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Durham.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Darlington between 1880 and 1895.2 He was created 1st Baronet Fry, of Woodburn, Blackwell, co. Durham [U.K.] on 6 February 1894.2
