     James Gubbins is the son of Joseph Gubbins.¹

     Eleanor Marion Franks is the daughter of John Franks and Eleanora Whitmore.² She married Thomas Franks, son of William Hume Franks and Elizabeth Clotilda Newman, on 21 October 1865.²

     Matthew Franks was the son of Sir John Franks and Catherine Franks.² He married Louisa Roche, daughter of Captain Robert Roche, on 20 May 1830.¹ He died in 1836.¹
     He was (an unknown value) in 1807.¹ He gained the rank of officer in the 11th Dragoons.¹

     Caroline Stapleton was born in 1861.¹ She married Frank William Franks, son of William Franks and Charlotte Balchin, in 1885.¹ She died in 1938.¹
     From 1885, her married name became Franks.¹

     William Franks was born in 1837.¹ He married Charlotte Balchin in 1857.¹

     Margaret Franks was the daughter of Sir John Franks and Catherine Franks.² She married Venerable John Hawtayne on 9 January 1826.¹ She died on 14 October 1828.¹
     From 9 January 1826, her married name became Hawtayne.¹

     Catherine Franks was the daughter of Sir John Franks and Catherine Franks.² She married Thomas Montgomery, son of George Montgomery, on 28 February 1828.¹ She died, without issue.¹
