Major John Forde was the son of Mathew Forde and Christian Graham.2 He married Isabella Brownlow, daughter of William Brownlow, on 23 September 1761.1 He died in 1765, without issue.1

Isabella Brownlow was the daughter of William Brownlow.2 She married, firstly, George Mathew, son of George Mathew and Mary Gage, before 1760.2 She married, secondly, Major John Forde, son of Mathew Forde and Christian Graham, on 23 September 1761.1 She died in 1815.1
