Ulick Fitzmaurice was the son of Garrett Fitzmaurice and Honora Dare.2 He married Anne Gough, daughter of Rt. Rev. Francis Gough and Elizabeth Greene.1 He died in 1682.1
In 1641 Duagh was confiscated to pay for troops.1 In 1660 he received various grants of land.1 He gained the rank of Captain between 1662 and 1677 in the Sir Richard Booth's Company.1 In 1663 he was restored to Duagh.1 His last will was dated 23 March 1680.1
