     Elizabeth Sophia Lyons-Montgomery was born on 22 April 1841 at Mullafin, County Meath, Ireland.² She was the daughter of Hugh Lyons-Montgomery and Elizabeth Smith.² She was baptised on 20 May 1841 at St. Peter's, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.² She married Richard Ruxton Fitzherbert, son of Thomas FitzHerbert and Frances Sydney Vesey, on 2 October 1865 at St. Stephen's, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.¹ She died on 17 December 1918 at age 77.²
     From 2 October 1865, her married name became Fitzherbert.

     Major Richard Ruxton Walter Fitzherbert was born on 9 September 1866.¹ He was the son of Richard Ruxton Fitzherbert and Elizabeth Sophia Lyons-Montgomery.² He married Violet Caroline Moffat, daughter of James Moffat, on 9 December 1897.¹ He died, without issue.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the 4th Battalion, Leinster Regiment.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Meath.¹

     James Moffat lived at Elm Lodge, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹

     Violet Caroline Moffat was the daughter of James Moffat.² She married Major Richard Ruxton Walter Fitzherbert, son of Richard Ruxton Fitzherbert and Elizabeth Sophia Lyons-Montgomery, on 9 December 1897.¹ She died on 23 August 1951.¹
     From 9 December 1897, her married name became Fitzherbert.

     Bertram Richard Edward Fitzherbert was born on 12 January 1871.¹ He was the son of Richard Ruxton Fitzherbert and Elizabeth Sophia Lyons-Montgomery.² He died on 4 December 1939 at age 68, unmarried.¹
     He lived at Black Castle, County Meath, Ireland^G.¹

     Gladys Lilian Ruxton Fitzherbert was born circa 1880.¹ She was the daughter of Richard Ruxton Fitzherbert and Elizabeth Sophia Lyons-Montgomery.² She married Wilfrid Sharp.¹ She died on 4 June 1935.¹
     Her married name became Sharp.
