Richard Fagan was the son of Patrick Fagan and Susannah Barnewall.2 He married Margaret de Lacy, daughter of Sir Hugh de Lacy.1 He died in 1348.1

Sir Hugh Fagan is the son of John Fagan and Ann MacCanna.2,1 He married Eleanor Tuilt, daughter of Sir John Tuilt.1
He lived at Derry Fagan, County Meath, IrelandG.1 In 1399 Earl of Ulster.1 In 1399 he surrendered his estates to King Richard II in Dublin on the attainder of Walter de Lacy, Lord of Meath and his brother Hugh de Lacy, Earl of Ulster.1 He was appointed Knight.1 He received a re-grant of his estates to hold them from Crown of England by Knight's service and fealty.1
