     He was registered as a Member, Institution of Electrical Engineers (M.I.E.E.)¹ He had one son.¹

     Charlotte May Exshaw was born on 8 July 1883.¹ She was the daughter of John Anderson Exshaw and Anne Eva Molloy.^2,1 She married Stewart FitzAlleyne Swan, son of Richard Waddy-Swan and Mary Stewart, on 5 April 1900.¹ She died on 28 February 1951 at age 67.¹
     From 5 April 1900, her married name became Swan.

     Richard Waddy-Swan married, secondly, Mary Stewart, daughter of Alex Stewart.² He married, firstly, Barbara Symes, daughter of Sandham Symes.²
