     Derby Doyne was the son of Michael Doyne and unknown wife (?)² He married Sarah Dowdall, daughter of unknown Dowdall, circa 24 August 1641.¹ He died in 1641, without issue.¹
     On 24 August 1641 he received lands in Antrim from his father for him and his issue.¹

     Sarah Dowdall is the daughter of unknown Dowdall.¹ She married Derby Doyne, son of Michael Doyne and unknown wife (?), circa 24 August 1641.¹
     From circa 24 August 1641, her married name became Doyne.

     Michael Doyne was the son of Michael Doyne and unknown wife (?)² He married Bridget (?)¹ He died after 1654.¹
     In 1641 succeeded on the death of his elder brother, Derby to the Antrim and Dublin lands and premises, but was ousted from there by Cromwell.¹

     James Doyne was the son of Michael Doyne and unknown wife (?)² He died before 1666, unmarried.¹ He died intestate and his estate was administered to his nephew, Robert in 1666.¹

     Dionysius Doyne was the son of Michael Doyne and unknown wife (?)² He died before 1661.¹ He died intestate and his estate was administered in 1661.¹
     He lived at Carrickfergus, County Antrim, Ireland^G.¹

     Bridget (?) married, firstly, Michael Doyne, son of Michael Doyne and unknown wife (?).¹ She married, secondly, Philip Harris.¹
     Her married name became Doyne. On 6 November 1661 they lodged a petition in the Court of Claims.¹ On 14 July 1662 she obtained a Decree of Innocence by which all the lands subject to her dowry were restored to her only son.¹

     Rt. Hon. Robert Doyne was born in 1651.¹ He was the son of Michael Doyne and Bridget (?)² He and Jane Whitfield obtained a marriage license on 8 January 1684.¹ He died on 28 February 1733.¹
     He matriculated at Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G, on 28 November 1667 Trin College Dublin (entd.¹ ) He was a practising Barrister-at-Law in 1677.¹ He held the office of Lord Chief Baron on 1 June 1695.¹ He held the office of Lord Chief Justice of the Court of Common Pleas [Ireland] on 1 February 1703.¹

     Henry Whitfield lived at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹

     Jane Whitfield was the daughter of Henry Whitfield.² She and Rt. Hon. Robert Doyne obtained a marriage license on 8 January 1684.¹ She died in February 1711.¹
     From 8 January 1684, her married name became Doyne.
