     Colonel Sylvanus Roger Burnett Partridge was the son of Sylvanus Roger Partridge.2 He married Mary Bishopp Dorman, daughter of Edward Bishopp Dorman and Jane Williamson, on 16 September 1875.1 He died on 8 June 1918.1
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the King's Own Scottish Borderers.1

     Brigadier Edward Mungo Dorman was born on 11 March 1885.1 He was the son of Surg.-Gen. John Cotter Dorman and Catherine Louisa Thompson.2 He married Georgina Mabel Ingram, daughter of Walter Ingram, on 21 March 1911.1 He died on 18 April 1967 at age 82.1
     He was educated at Bath College, Bath, Somerset, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He fought in the First World War, with 4th Royal Irish Dragoon Guards.1 He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.) in 1917.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1918.1 He was commander of the 4th Irish Dragoon Guards between 1927 and 1931.1 He was commander of the 3rd (Meerut) Cavalry Brigade between 1932 and 1936.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1941.1 He was Assistant Chief Constable, War Department Constabulary between 1944 and 1946.1 He lived at Myrtle Lodge, Kinsale, County Cork, IrelandG.1
