Sir Caesar Colclough, 2nd Bt. was the son of Sir Adam Colclough, 1st Bt. and Alice Rich.2 He married Frances Clarke, daughter of Sir William Clarke.1 He died on 22 June 1684.1
He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Colclough, of Tintern Abbey, co. Wexford [I., 1628] in 1637.1

Sir Caesar Colclough, 3rd Bt. was the son of Sir Caesar Colclough, 2nd Bt. and Frances Clarke.2 He died on 22 September 1687, without issue.1
He was Deputy Lieutenant-Governor of County Kilkenny.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Colclough, of Tintern Abbey, co. Wexford [I., 1628] on 22 June 1684.1 On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.1

Margaret Colclough was the daughter of Sir Caesar Colclough, 2nd Bt. and Frances Clarke.2 She married, firstly, Robert Leigh-Colclough on 1 October 1673.1 She married, secondly, John Pigott, son of William Pigott, in 1696.1 She died on 23 April 1723, without issue.1
