Charles Walter Hamilton Cochrane was born on 3 August 1876.1 He was the son of Reverend David Crawford Cochrane and Jane Elizabeth Tomlinson.2 He married Cecile Vetter, daughter of Carlos Vetter, on 26 July 1910.1 He died on 26 October 1932 at age 56.1
