Mary Spence was the daughter of Thomas Spence.1 She married Henry Thompson, son of John Thompson and Elizabeth Croft, on 30 January 1769.1 She died on 23 April 1843.1

Colonel Michael Walbanke-Childers was the son of Childers Walbanke-Childers and Sarah Fowler.2 He died in 1854.1
In 1799 he served at Helder.1 He fought in the Peninsular Wars between 1811 and 1814.1 He fought in the Battle of Waterloo in 1815, Brigade Major to Sir John Vandeleur.1 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)1 He gained the rank of Colonel in the 11th Light-Dragoons.1 He fought in the Capture of Bhustpoor in 1826, commander of the Cavalry Brigade.1
