Charles Grey, 7th Earl of Kent was born circa 1545.2 He was the son of Henry Grey and Margaret St. John.1 He married Susan Cotton, daughter of Sir Richard Cotton, circa 1580.3 He died on 28 September 1623.2
He succeeded as the 7th Earl of Kent [E., 1465] on 31 January 1614/15.1 He succeeded as the 10th Baron Grey, of Ruthin [E., 1325] on 31 January 1614/15.1 He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Bedfordshire in February 1614/15.2

Henry Grey, 4th Earl of Kent was born after 1482. He was the son of George Grey, 2nd Earl of Kent and Lady Catherine Herbert.2 He married Anne Blennerhassett, daughter of John Blennerhassett and Jane Tyndall.3 He died on 24 September 1562.1
He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Bedfordshire in 1512.4 He succeeded as the 4th Earl of Kent [E., 1465] on 3 May 1524.1 He succeeded as the 7th Baron Grey, of Ruthin [E., 1325] on 3 May 1524.1 In 1542 he was granted various monastic lands.4 He lived at Wrest, Silsoe, Bedfordshire, EnglandG.5

Reginald Grey, 5th Earl of Kent was born before 1541. He was the son of Henry Grey and Margaret St. John.1 He married Susan Bertie, daughter of Richard Bertie and Katherine Willoughby, Baroness Willoughby de Eresby.1 He died on 17 March 1573, without issue.1
He succeeded as the 8th Baron Grey, of Ruthin [E., 1325] in 1545.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Weymouth between 1563 and 1567.2 He succeeded as the 5th Earl of Kent [E., 1465] on 28 March 1572, after being called to the Hosue of Lords on this date.1
