     John FitzGerald, 13th Knight of Kerry was born in 1621 at Burnchurch Castle, County Kerry, Ireland.2 He was the son of John Fitzgerald, 12th Knight of Kerry and Katherine FitzMaurice.1 He married Honora O'Brien, daughter of Connor O'Brien, 2nd Viscount Clare and Honora O'Brien.1 He died on 11 December 1681 at Ennismore, County Kerry, Ireland.2
     He succeeded as the 13th Knight of Kerry in 1676.1

     Robert FitzGerald, 17th Knight of Kerry was born in 1716.1 He was the son of Maurice FitzGerald, 14th Knight of Kerry and Elizabeth Crosbie.1,2 He married, firstly, Lucy Leslie, daughter of John Leslie, in March 1746.1 He married, secondly, Catherine FitzGerald, daughter of Thomas Fitzgerald, 18th Knight of Glin and Mary FitzGerald, in 1752.1 He married, thirdly, Katherine Sandes, daughter of Launcelot Sandes, in March 1770.1 He died on 5 December 1781.1
     He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)1 He held the office of Judge of the Admiralty Court.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Dingle.1 He succeeded as the 17th Knight of Kerry in 1780.1

     Maurice FitzGerald, 14th Knight of Kerry was the son of John FitzGerald, 13th Knight of Kerry and Honora O'Brien.1 He married Elizabeth Crosbie, daughter of David Crosbie and Jane Hamilton, on 30 June 1703.1 He died on 9 December 1729.1
     He fought in the Battle of the Boyne, for King James II.1 He succeeded as the 14th Knight of Kerry in 1681.1
