     Margaret More was born in 1505.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Thomas More and Joan Colt.¹ She married William Roper, son of John Roper and Jane Fyneux, in 1521.¹ She died in 1564.³ She died.³ She was buried, according to her dying request with her father's head in her arms.³
     From 1521, her married name became Roper.¹ Circa July 1535 she removed her father's head from the pike at the Tower of London after his execution.¹
