Noel Lloyd Knox was born on 18 December 1906.1 He was the son of Edmund Francis Vesey Knox and Annie Elizabeth Lloyd.2 He married Georgina Gladys Oakes, daughter of George Oakes, in 1929.1 He and Georgina Gladys Oakes were divorced in 1942.1 He died on 25 September 1962 at age 55.1

Edmund Francis Vesey Knox was born on 23 January 1865.1 He was the son of Vesey Edmund Knox and Margaret Clarissa Garrett.2 He married, firstly, Annie Elizabeth Lloyd, daughter of William Lloyd, on 21 December 1891.1 He married, secondly, Agnes Mary Beerbohm, daughter of Julius Beerbohm, on 8 April 1917.1 He died on 15 May 1921 at age 56.1
