     John Ward-Boughton-Leigh was born in 1790.2 He was the son of William Zouch Lucas-Ward and Mary Lamb.1,2 He married Theodosia de Malsburgh Leigh, daughter of Sir Egerton Leigh, 2nd Bt. and Theodosia Anna Maria Boughton, in 1811.1 He died on 18 June 1868.1
     He was given the name of John Lucas-Ward at birth.1 In 1831 his name was legally changed to John Ward-Boughton-Leigh by Sign Manual.1,2 He held the office of High Sheriff of Warwickshire.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of Northamptonshire.2 He lived at Great Addington Hall, Northamptonshire, England.2 He lived at Brownsover Hall, Warwickshire, EnglandG.3 He lived at Guilsborough Hall, Northamptonshire, England.2
