Sir Philip Henry Brian Grey-Egerton, 12th Bt. was born on 29 April 1864.2 He was the son of Sir Philip le Belward Grey-Egerton, 11th Bt. and Hon. Henrietta Elizabeth Sophia Denison.2 He married, firstly, Mary Carolyn Campbell Cuyler, daughter of Major J. Wayne Cuyler, on 4 January 1893.2 He and Mary Carolyn Campbell Cuyler were divorced in 1906.2 He married, secondly, Aimée Mary Cumming, daughter of Hon. Thomas Forrest Cumming, on 26 April 1910.2 He died on 4 July 1937 at age 73, without surviving male issue.2
He succeeded as the 12th Baronet Egerton, of Egerton and Oulton, co. Chester [E., 1617] on 1 September 1891.2 He gained the rank of Captain in the 4th Battalion, Cheshire Regiment.2 He gained the rank of Major and Brevet Lieutenant-Colonel in the Territorial Force Reserve, formerly Earl of Chester's Yeomanry.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)2
