Andrew Cuninghame, 1st of Corsehill was the son of William Cuninghame, 4th Earl of Glencairn and Catherine Borthwick.2 He married Margaret Cunningham.1 He died in 1544.1
In 1532 his father made over Corsehill, Stewarton, Ayrshire to him.1 In 1538 as an active Protestant, he was convicted of heresy by the Lords Spiritual and his estate forfeited.1 He was pardoned and his property restored, in confirmation of which he was granted a charter of the same lands to him, his wife and heirs male.1

Cuthbert Cuninghame, 2nd of Corsehill was the son of Andrew Cuninghame, 1st of Corsehill and Margaret Cunningham.2 He married Mauld Cuninghame, daughter of John Cuninghame of Aitket.1 He died in 1575.1

Patrick Cuninghame, 3rd of Corsehill was the son of Cuthbert Cuninghame, 2nd of Corsehill and Mauld Cuninghame.2 He died in 1588, killed in a Cuninghame versus Montgomerie feud.1
