     Commander P. A. Heyder gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.¹

     Sir Joseph William Copley, 4th Bt. was born on 27 July 1804.¹ He was the son of Captain Sir Joseph Copley, 3rd Bt. and Lady Cecil Hamilton.² He married Lady Charlotte Anderson-Pelham, daughter of Charles Anderson-Pelham, 1st Earl of Yarborough and Henrietta Anne Maria Charlotte Bridgeman Simpson, on 19 November 1831.¹ He died on 3 January 1883 at age 78, without issue , when the btcy expired.¹
     He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Copley [G.B., 1778] on 21 May 1838.¹

     Moyra Louisa Margaret Hewitt married, firstly, Maj.-Gen. Theodore Henry Birkbeck, son of Maj.-Gen. Sir William Henry Birkbeck and Mabel Shaw, before 1976.¹ She married, secondly, W/Cdr. Michael Nicholson Crossley, son of Eric Crossley and Janet Boyd Merriman, in 1977.¹
     From before 1977, her married name became Birkbeck.¹ From 1977, her married name became Crossley.¹ She lived in 2003 at Loughrigg, White River, Mpumalanga, East Transvaal, South Africa^G.¹

     Lady Charlotte Anderson-Pelham was the daughter of Charles Anderson-Pelham, 1st Earl of Yarborough and Henrietta Anne Maria Charlotte Bridgeman Simpson.² She married Sir Joseph William Copley, 4th Bt., son of Captain Sir Joseph Copley, 3rd Bt. and Lady Cecil Hamilton, on 19 November 1831.¹ She died on 10 August 1875.²
     She was appointed Lady, Royal Order of Victoria and Albert (V.A.)² From 19 November 1831, her married name became Copley.¹

     Elizabeth Mary Copley was the daughter of Captain Sir Joseph Copley, 3rd Bt. and Lady Cecil Hamilton.² She died on 12 January 1887, unmarried.¹

     Maj.-Gen. Theodore Henry Birkbeck was born in 1911.² He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Sir William Henry Birkbeck and Mabel Shaw.² He married Moyra Louisa Margaret Hewitt before 1976.¹ He died in 1976.²

     Lieutenant Konstanty Scheunert married Ruth Irwin Crossley, daughter of Sir Kenneth Irwin Crossley, 2nd Bt. and Florence Josephine Field, on 9 November 1944.¹ He died on 27 March 1970.¹
     He was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.)¹ He was Assistant Military Attaché to the Polish Embassy at London, England^G.¹

     Harold Piper Wardell lived at Nannau, Dolgelly, Merionethshire, Wales^G.²

     Fenton Birchall MacLeod was born on 4 March 1916 at Hobart, Tasmania, Australia.¹ He is the son of Hector Fenton MacLeod and Florence Gertrude Birchall.¹

     Air Vice-Marshal Ernest John Cuckney married Lilian Williams.¹ He died in 1965.¹
