Melisina Woodward was the daughter of Reverend Henry Woodward.2 She married Reverend William Crofton, son of Morgan Crofton and Mary Dunn, in May 1825.1 She died on 24 January 1881.1

Morgan William Crofton was born on 27 June 1826.1 He was the son of Reverend William Crofton and Melisina Woodward.2 He married, firstly, Julia Agnes Cecilia Kernan, daughter of J. B. Kernan, on 31 August 1857.1 He married, secondly, Catherine Charlotte Taylor, daughter of Holland Taylor.1 He died on 13 May 1915 at age 88.1
He graduated from Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society (F.R.S.)1 He was Professor of Mathematics at Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, Kent, EnglandG.1 He was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Science (D.Sc.)1

Reverend Henry Woodward Crofton was born on 10 September 1827.1 He was the son of Reverend William Crofton and Melisina Woodward.2 He married, firstly, Janette Barberie Butler, daughter of Charles Butler, in 1856.1 He married, secondly, Jane Inglis Schenley, daughter of Edward Wyndham Harrington Schenley and Mary Elizabeth Croghan, on 29 April 1875.2 He died in 1894.2
