     Margaret Ellen Dobell was the daughter of Robert Lyle Dobell.² She married Sir Nigel John Douglas Vernon, 4th Bt., son of Sir William Norman Vernon, 3rd Bt. and Caroline Janet Robertson-Macdonald, on 29 November 1947.¹ She died in 1999.¹
     From 29 November 1947, her married name became Vernon.¹

     Sir James William Vernon, 5th Bt. was born on 2 April 1949.¹ He is the son of Sir Nigel John Douglas Vernon, 4th Bt. and Margaret Ellen Dobell.² He married Davinia Elizabeth Howard, daughter of Christopher David Howard and Luisa Edwina Portman, on 30 May 1981.¹
     He was educated at Shrewsbury School, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England^G.¹ He was appointed Fellow, Institute of Chartered Accountants (F.C.A.)¹ He was a partner of Grant Thornton.¹ He lived in 2003 at The Hall, Lygan-y-Wern, Pentre Halkyn, Clywd, Wales^G.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Vernon, of Shotwick Park, co. Chester [U.K., 1914] on 4 September 2007.³

     Lydia Booth was the daughter of G. L. Booth.¹ She married Hamilton Matthew Tilson FitzMaurice Deane-Morgan, 4th Baron Muskerry, son of Hon. Robert Tilson FitzMaurice Deane-Morgan and Elizabeth Geraldine Grogan-Morgan, on 24 January 1905.¹ She died on 12 July 1915.¹
     After her marriage, Lydia Booth was styled as Baroness Muskerry on 24 January 1905. From 24 January 1905, her married name became Deane-Morgan.¹

     George William Howard Vernon was born on 25 July 1987.¹ He is the son of Sir James William Vernon, 5th Bt. and Davinia Elizabeth Howard.² He married Francesca Emily Alice Howard, daughter of David Howard and Charlotte Henrietta Gaylyn Whitelocke-Winter.³

     Guy Alexander Howard Vernon was born on 26 April 1993.¹ He is the son of Sir James William Vernon, 5th Bt. and Davinia Elizabeth Howard.²

     Harriet Lucy Howard Vernon was born on 29 May 1985.¹ She is the daughter of Sir James William Vernon, 5th Bt. and Davinia Elizabeth Howard.² She married Matthew Coupland, son of Glenn Coupland, in 2018.³
     From 2018, her married name became Coupland.³

     John Alan Vernon was born on 18 September 1956.¹ He was the son of Sir Nigel John Douglas Vernon, 4th Bt. and Margaret Ellen Dobell.² He died in 1987.¹

     Caroline Margaret Vernon was born on 29 July 1953.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Nigel John Douglas Vernon, 4th Bt. and Margaret Ellen Dobell.² She married Simon Jonathan Salusbury-Trelawny, son of Philip Michael Salusbury-Trelawny and Jean Mary Fraser, on 5 September 1974.¹ She and Simon Jonathan Salusbury-Trelawny were divorced in 1978.¹
     From 5 September 1974, her married name became Salusbury-Trelawny.¹

     Simon Jonathan Salusbury-Trelawny was born on 30 June 1948.² He is the son of Philip Michael Salusbury-Trelawny and Jean Mary Fraser.² He married, firstly, Caroline Margaret Vernon, daughter of Sir Nigel John Douglas Vernon, 4th Bt. and Margaret Ellen Dobell, on 5 September 1974.¹ He and Caroline Margaret Vernon were divorced in 1978.¹ He married, secondly, Marian Janet MacAulay, daughter of John MacAulay, in 1978.²
     He was educated at Nautical College, Pangbourne, Berkshire, England^G.² He was commissioned with the rank of officer, in the service of the SCLI.² He lived in 2003 at 120 Earlsfield Road, London, England.²
