Frederica Julia Rowley was the daughter of Reverend Julius Henry Rowley and Julia Molyneux.2 She married, firstly, John Rolland Singleton on 1 June 1893.1 She and John Rolland Singleton were divorced in 1901.1 She married, secondly, William Edward Meade on 17 July 1903.2 She died on 23 February 1960.1
